This pseudo-artifact commemorates the moment when humans created the wheel. In Ljubljana the earliest wheel was unearthed, studied and celebrated. A wooden disc with an axle hole, from the Chalcolithic, is replicated here in gold hovering over modern tyre tracks of copper. Suspended beneath a portrait who faces multiple directions. Implications from having created this epitome of convenience are profound, this invention or 'event horizon' has driven us to every corner of the world literally and metaphorically. The hemp head-piece is encrusted with sea shells with their spirals transmitting the cosmic pattern of evolution, the cabinet is in the style of 1763CE, the year when mass production was ignited.
